Having outgrown its current facilities, the owners of Martin-Colley Drug Store came to us for assistance in development of a completely new satellite store. In addition to development of a new pharmaceutical sales location, they also chose to attach several medical suites for use by local physicians. The facility was constructed on a site which required extensive modifications and improvements. Our office collaborated with a local civil engineering firm to provide the required site related services. The facility was constructed economically by utilizing a pre-engineered metal building framing system. Our office worked closely with the contractor of record to value engineer this project in order to meet our clients established financial goals. |
