The existing City Hall was outdated and could not be renovated to meet the needs of the City. The new building needed to allow for two distinctive entrances; one for the Police Department and the other for varying City services and for administrative areas. The resulting City Hall successfully met the City’s vision for a new image of a stable and strong city government. |
