The established Dothan accounting firm of Bevis, Eberhart, Smith, Walker and Stewart had outgrown its current facilities and was interested in relocating its offices to a 1930's historical building situated on a main thoroughfare. The client's desire was to expand this facility without destroying the original architecture of the existing building. Waid Parrish & Associates' challenge was to explore options to achieve the clients goals within a constrained site. The resulting facility successfully joined the new and the old into a functional building that fit appropriately into its surroundings. Waid Parrish & Associates has always worked within the context of existing facilities and attempts, when possible, to assure that the existing built environment's aesthetic influence is maintained. |
